An interesting article by Simon Phipps, former Sun's OpenSource officer, now ForgeRock Chief Strategic Officer and a writer in ComputerWorld.
As you may notice there have been some silence for a while in OpenSolaris.org but actually that was not the case. Behind the scenes there are activities but only now it went public with the announcement of Illumos Project. Will be very interesting to follow and as a big fan of OpenSolaris I wish all the success!
